Prafulla Dambalkar is a writer, leadership strategist, and founder of ImaginationForUs™, where he develops stories and frameworks that explore how ideas become choices, how choices create Cost, and how those Costs shape people, organizations, and the worlds they build.
His work includes Cost > Why: A Leadership Parable in Seven Laws, the Universal Operator Law, and Build What Survives You: Leadership as Leverage. Across these works, he examines a recurring question: what separates a beautiful intention from something capable of becoming real, useful, and enduring?
